How do I find the right printer accessories for my device?

There are three simple ways to find what you are looking for:

  1. You can enter the name of your device or the desired accessory in the search field at the top of the page. You will then automatically receive matching suggestions.
  2. In addition, you can first select the desired product category below the search field and then choose the device manufacturer.
  3. Our support team will be happy to help you find the right consumables in no time. To do so, click on the chat window at the bottom right of the page.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer you a wide selection of secure payment options:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress)
  • Twint
  • PayPal
  • PostFinance E-Finance/PostFinance Pay/PostFinance Card
  • Advance payment by QR payment slip
  • Invoice (for companies and public institutions, on request for private customers)

We do not charge any additional fees whatsoever (such as transaction fees, for example). All published prices include 8.1% VAT.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value and no small-quantity surcharge at Inkolor.

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can enter the voucher code in the shopping cart in the appropriate field and then click “Apply”. The voucher amount will be deducted directly.

Is my personal data secure?

The protection of your personal data is our highest priority. We use comprehensive security measures to protect your data as effectively as possible. Your information is used exclusively internally and is never shared with third parties.

Warranty/Return Policy

What can I do if a product arrives damaged or the delivery is incomplete?

Please check the delivery for accuracy and completeness. If the delivery is incomplete or a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

What can I do if I ordered the wrong item?

Please contact us before returning the item. You will need a return number (RMA) for the return. This ensures that your return can be processed correctly and that any questions, replacement shipments, or refunds can be handled promptly.

What can I do if a product is defective or I have problems with the print quality?

Please contact us before returning an item. Most issues can be resolved without requiring a return. By following this procedure, we can ensure that your printer is ready for use again as quickly as possible. If a return is necessary, you will receive a return number (RMA). This ensures that your return can be processed correctly and that questions, replacement shipments, or refunds can be handled promptly.

Does using non-genuine printer supplies affect my printer’s manufacturer warranty?

No. Inkolor.ch guarantees that all products sold by us have no effect whatsoever on your device’s manufacturer warranty.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time and how much are the shipping costs?

We ship all parcels using Swiss Post’s climate-neutral “pro clima” shipping. You can choose between the following delivery options:

  •  B Mail (PostPac Economy): All B Mail orders received by us from Monday to Friday by 16:30 are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address within 2 business days. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 6.95.
  • A Mail (PostPac Priority): All A Mail orders received by us from Monday to Friday by 16:30 are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address on the next business day. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 9.95.
  • Express (Swiss Express Moon): All express orders received by us from Monday to Friday before 16:30 are shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 9 a.m. (Monday to Saturday, no deliveries on Sunday). Shipping costs are a flat CHF 29.95.
  • Collection: Orders can be collected from Monday to Friday between 08:00-11:45 and 13:15-17:00 at our warehouse at Hofmätteliweg 1 in 6055 Alpnach Dorf. Orders received by 16:00 can usually still be collected the same day. You will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been handed over to the postal service, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Using the link included in it, you can conveniently track the package online.

Which countries does Inkolor ship to?

Inkolor.ch delivers to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
