How do I find the right printer accessories for my device?

There are three easy ways to find what you are looking for:

  1. You can enter the name of your device or the desired accessory in the search field at the top of the page. You will then automatically receive suitable suggestions.
  2. There is also the option of first selecting the desired product category and then the manufacturer of the device in the search field.
  3. Our support team will be happy to help you find the right consumables in the shortest possible time. To do this, click on the chat window at the bottom right of the page.

What payment methods are available?

We offer you a wide range of secure payment options:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress)
  • Twint
  • PayPal
  • PostFinance E-Finance/PostFinance Pay/PostFinance Card
  • Prepayment by QR deposit slip
  • Invoice (for companies and public institutions, on request for private customers)

We do not charge any additional fees (such as transaction fees). All published prices are inclusive of 8.1% VAT.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value and no small quantity surcharge at Inkolor .

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can enter the voucher code in the appropriate field in the shopping cart and then click on "Apply". The voucher amount will be deducted directly.

What can I do if a product arrives damaged or the delivery is incomplete?

Please check the delivery for correctness and completeness. If the delivery is incomplete or a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt.

What can I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

Please contact us before you return the item. You will need a returns authorization number (RMA) for the return. This is so that your return can be processed correctly and questions, replacement shipments or refunds can be processed immediately.

What can I do if a product is defective or I have problems with the print quality?

Please contact us before returning an item. Most problems can be solved without the need for a return. This procedure enables us to ensure that your printer is ready for use again as quickly as possible. If a return is necessary, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA). This is so that your return can be processed correctly and questions, replacement shipments or refunds can be processed immediately.

Does the use of non-original printer accessories affect the manufacturer's warranty of my printer?

No. Inkolor.ch guarantees that all products sold by us have no influence on the manufacturer's warranty of your device.

How long is the delivery time and how high are the shipping costs?

We send all parcels with Swiss Post's climate-neutral "pro clima" shipping service. You can choose between the following delivery options:

  •  B Mail (PostPac Economy): All B-Post orders received by us from Monday to Friday by 16:30 are dispatched on the same day and arrive at your delivery address within 2 working days. The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 6.95.
  • A Mail (PostPac Priority): All A Mail orders received by us from Monday to Friday by 16:30 are dispatched on the same day and arrive at your delivery address on the next working day. The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.95.
  • Express (Swiss Express Moon): All express orders received from Monday to Friday before 4:30 pm will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 9 am (Monday to Saturday, no deliveries on Sunday). The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 29.95.
  • Collection: Orders can be collected from Monday-Friday between 08:00-11:45 and 13:15-17:00 from our warehouse at Hofmätteliweg 1 in 6055 Alpnach Dorf. Orders received by 4 p.m. can usually be collected the same day. You will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can conveniently track the parcel online using the link contained therein.

Which countries does Inkolor deliver to?

Inkolor.ch delivers to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
