Shipping policy
We ship all packages with the climate-neutral “pro clima” shipping of the Swiss Post. You can choose between the following delivery options:
- B-Post (PostPac Economy): All B-Post orders received by us Monday-Friday by 4:30 PM are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address within 2 business days. The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 6.95.
- A-Post (PostPac Priority): All A-Post orders received by us Monday-Friday by 4:30 PM are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address the next business day. The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.95.
- Express (Swiss Express Mond): All Express orders received by us Monday-Friday before 4:30 PM are shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 9 AM (Monday to Saturday, no deliveries on Sunday). The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 29.95.
- Pickup: Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday between 8:00-11:45 AM and 1:15-5:00 PM at our warehouse at Hofmätteliweg 1 in 6055 Alpnach Dorf. Orders received by 4 PM can usually still be picked up the same day. You will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox and you are not present at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a pickup slip in your mailbox. With this, you can pick up the package at the nearest post office or adjust the delivery options online.
These delivery times apply to all products that are displayed as available from stock in the online shop. For all items that are not available from stock, the mentioned shipping times apply from the availability date mentioned in the online shop.
