Return Policy

If you have ordered something incorrectly or an item does not quite meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt without any hassle - provided it is in the unopened and undamaged original packaging. Before returning anything, please contact us briefly by email, phone, or via our contact form to obtain a return number (RMA number). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number.

You as the customer bear the return shipping costs. Once the goods have arrived and been inspected, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the shipping costs.

Please note:
Items with signs of use or damage cannot be fully credited. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold an appropriate amount.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item purchased from us does not work as expected within 36 months from the date of purchase, we will be happy to assist you.


Here's how it works:
• Please contact us before returning by email or phone so that we can assign you a return number (RMA number).
• Please provide your customer number, order number, and a brief description of the problem.

Please note: We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number. You can choose between:
• A replacement item
• A refund
• Or a credit

If the product has already been used, the credit may be partial.

Important:
The guarantee does not apply if the product has been independently altered or repaired. Damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear is also not covered. We do not assume liability for damages that do not directly affect the product (e.g., consequential damages) - within the framework of legal regulations.
