We ship all packages with the climate-neutral “pro clima” shipping service of Swiss Post. You can choose between the following delivery options:

• B-Post (PostPac Economy): All B-Post orders received by us from Monday to Friday until 16:30 are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address within 2 business days. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 6.95.
• A-Post (PostPac Priority): All A-Post orders received by us from Monday to Friday until 16:30 are shipped the same day and arrive at your delivery address on the next business day. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 9.95.
• Express (Swiss Express Mond): All Express orders received by us from Monday to Friday before 16:30 are shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 9 a.m. (Monday to Saturday, no deliveries on Sunday). Shipping costs are a flat CHF 29.95.
• Pickup: Orders can be picked up from Monday to Friday between 08:00-11:45 and 13:15-17:00 at our warehouse at Hofmätteliweg 1 in 6055 Alpnach Dorf. Orders received by 16:00 can usually still be picked up the same day. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Ideal storage conditions for ink cartridges:
1. Temperature:
• Ideal: Between 10 °C and 30 °C
• Avoid extreme temperatures: Heat can dry out the ink; cold can change the viscosity and lead to condensation.
2. Relative humidity:
• Ideal: Between 20 % and 60 %, in a dry place.
• Too much humidity can alter the ink or lead to evaporation.
3. Exposure to light:
• Avoid direct sunlight or strong fluorescent light.
• Light can affect the ink cartridge or the ink itself.
4. Storage position:
• Best stored in an upright position, as it is used in the printer.
• This prevents the ink from being unevenly distributed or the print head from drying out.
5. Original packaging:
• Keep the cartridge in the original packaging until use.
• This protects against drying out, dust, light, and air contact.
6. Shelf life:
• Ink cartridges should ideally be used within 12 months of purchase.
• Longer storage can affect print quality or lead to ink drying out.
7. Avoid shocks and vibrations:
• Store the cartridge in a stable, secure place with no risk of falling or impact.

♻️ Collection and recycling of empty toners and other consumables
An empty printer cartridge takes around 450 years to be completely broken down by nature. In addition, manufacturing each new cartridge requires large amounts of energy and resources. It is important to us that as many consumables as possible are recycled. For this reason, we provide collection containers at public recycling centers. You can also send us any empty consumables of all brands for recycling at the following address:
