Ideal storage conditions for toner cartridges:

1. temperature:
• Ideal: Between 10°C and 30°C
• Avoid extreme temperatures: excessive heat can damage the toner powder; extreme cold can cause moisture to condense.

2. relative humidity:
• Ideal: Between 20% and 60%, in a dry place.
• Humidity can cause the toner powder to clump together and affect print quality.

3. exposure to light:
• Avoid direct sunlight or strong fluorescent light.
• Light can damage sensitive parts such as the light-sensitive drum/imaging unit in some cartridges.

4. storage position:
• Store horizontally, preferably in the same position in which the cartridge will later be inserted into the printer.
• This prevents uneven distribution of the toner powder inside the cartridge.

5. original packaging:
• Leave the toner cartridge in its original packaging until you are ready to use it.
• This protects it from dust, light and moisture.

6. avoid shocks and vibrations:
• Store the cartridge in a stable, safe place without risk of falling or impact.

It is important to us that as many consumables as possible are recycled. For this reason, we provide collection containers at public recycling centers.
