We ship all packages with the climate-neutral “pro clima” shipping service of Swiss Post. You can choose from the following delivery options:

• B-Post (PostPac Economy): All B-Post orders received by us Monday to Friday until 16:30 are shipped on the same day and arrive at your delivery address within 2 working days. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 6.95.
• A-Post (PostPac Priority): All A-Post orders received by us Monday to Friday until 16:30 are shipped on the same day and arrive at your delivery address on the next working day. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 9.95.
• Express (Swiss Express Mond): All Express orders received by us Monday to Friday before 16:30 are shipped on the same day and delivered the next day before 9 a.m. (Monday to Saturday, no deliveries on Sunday). Shipping costs are a flat CHF 29.95.
• Collection: Orders can be collected from Monday to Friday between 08:00-11:45 and 13:15-17:00 at our warehouse at Hofmätteliweg 1 in 6055 Alpnach Dorf. Orders received by 16:00 can usually still be collected on the same day. You will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Ideal storage conditions for 3D printing filaments:
Proper storage is crucial to preserve the quality and performance of 3D printing filaments over the long term. Many filaments—especially hygroscopic materials such as PLA, PETG, nylon, or TPU—easily absorb moisture from the air. This can lead to printing issues such as bubbling, stringing, or brittle print results.

Recommended storage conditions:
• Dry environment: Filaments should always be stored in a dry, dust-free environment. Relative humidity below 20% is ideal.
• Airtight storage: The spools are best stored in airtight bags or boxes together with desiccant packets to absorb residual moisture.
• Stable temperature: Storage at room temperature between 15–25 °C is recommended. Direct sunlight and heat sources should be avoided.
• Labeling and organization: Filaments should preferably remain in their original packaging or be clearly labeled so that material types and colors can be easily distinguished.

Note:
If a filament has absorbed moisture, it can be restored to an optimal condition by drying it—for example, in a filament dryer or in an oven at a low temperature. Proper storage ensures consistent print quality, clean surfaces, and reliable results with every print job.

♻️ Collection and recycling of empty toner cartridges and other consumables
An empty printer cartridge takes around 450 years to be fully broken down by nature. In addition, the production of each new cartridge requires large amounts of energy and resources. It is important to us that as many consumables as possible are recycled. For this reason, we provide collection containers at public recycling centers. You can also send us any empty consumables of all brands for recycling at the following address:
